Management and Board Building
In every company we take on, we are VERY involved in using our extraordinary industry contacts to build-out management teams and Boards of Directors. We do not charge fees for these services. We aggressively use our personal contacts to help fill out these positions, and keep close contact with the best executive search firms in the industry to help complete these tasks in the appropriate situations. We emphatically believe that nothing is more important to our investors and our investment than the caliber of the team.
Hands on Business Building
We are well known for the extensive business development work we do for our companies to use our contacts to accelerate early sales with key customers and to open channels of distribution in order to scale the business. We don't just suggest this to management and hope it happens. We get on the phone, in the car, on the plane and work arm in arm with management to close these deals. This is what really drives shareholder value and that's how we all make money.
